平阳霉素磁性脂质体对人粘液表皮样癌的体内抗瘤作用研究
贺福长 李德伦 毛天球 沈阳军区总医院口腔科110015 2 第四军医大学口腔医学院 摘要 以荷人粘液表皮样癌的裸鼠作为动物模型, 采用局部给药方式, 同时在肿瘤部位放置 0.23T 恒定强磁场对肿瘤进行磁导向化疗. 实验结果显示, 平阳霉素磁性脂质体对人粘液表皮样癌的移植瘤有显著抑制作用, 抑瘤率为 81.1%, 显著高于平霉素脂质体 (60.9%) 和游离平阳霉素 (45.5%), 而且其对正常组织 (主要是肺脏) 的毒副作用明显减轻. 关键词: 磁场; 磁性脂质体; 癌; 治疗 磁性脂质体是磁导向药物传递系统中一种新型的药物导向载体. 其制备过程为物理过程, 制成的抗癌药物磁性脂质体能包裹 103~104 个药物分子和 Fe3O4 分子, 因而同时具备脂质体与磁导向药物化疗的优点, 为肿瘤导向治疗提供新的手段. 目前磁性脂质体应用于导向治疗肿瘤的有关研究国内外均处于起步阶段. 本实验拟通过对研制的平阳霉素磁性脂质体对人粘液表皮样癌体内抗肿瘤作用观察, 以评价其作为导向治疗肿瘤的新型载体的可行性, 为今后进一步深入研究提供实验依据. 1 材料与方法 1. 1 人粘液表皮样癌 MEC-1 系为第四军医大学口腔医学院口腔生物学教研室提供; BALB/C-nu/nu 系健康裸小鼠 20 只,Continue Reading
